Evan's nursery
I wanted to share some pictures of Evan's nursery. I fell in love with the bedding as soon as I saw it. I assumed I would use turtles when I found out it was a boy, but I just loved the dragon flies so much. Kim M. made the curtains (unfortunately the pictures don't do them justice). I don't know what I would have done without her. She is amazing and can do anything! She also made a window valance and a toilet seat cover for his bathroom. Thank you-Kim! When Chris and I were hanging his name above the crib-all I could think about was that he was going to be ripping all that stuff down before long! Also thanks to Daddy and Andy and Kim for painting his room! I love the way the color turned out. We can't wait until Evan gets here!

A night of pampering
Okay, don't look at my goofy face. But, doesn't my hair look cute? My mother-in-law treated me to a day at the spa for my birthday. I got my hair cut, colored, and folied. I also had a manicure and my toes painted bright pink. It was very relaxing! An old friend of Valoree's did my hair and we had so much fun catching up. Sydney stayed with YaYa and Pop. She had a blast. They planted flowers and cooked supper and painted fingernails. Okay-I am ready to go into labor since I am all fixed up!

Kate's birthday party
Dentist
Sydney is such a big girl! She went to the dentist for the first time on April 25th. She did great! She watched daddy get his teeth cleaned, and then she let the hygenist count her teeth, brush them, and even floss them. She loved wearing the goggles and the bib. She was able to pick out 2 prizes when we left.

New blogger
Okay, Heidi Ho talked me into doing a blog. So, if it is totally boring you can blame it on her.
I am so excited that we can finally put Sydney's hair in a pony tail. Okay-so yea it is sitting on top of her head-but it is still a pony tail. See how happy she is?
We are patiently waiting on the arrival of baby brother. I will post pictures of his nursery as soon as it is finished.
