Memory Tag

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

TRY NOT TO EMBARASS ME! HAHA!

Oh Caroline, where do I start?! I remember Danny Gann being around the other side of the filing cabinet and you were just dogging him out and me trying to tell you that he was over there but you just kept going.

Memory #2. haha I remember when you were pregnant with Sydney your belly button closed to the smallest little hole. haha Almost pencil size. haha

i am suddenly at a loss for a tribute worthy of you...i'll share a memory of when you weren't there.
picture this: march 16th, 2005 about 2:20 in the afternoon. i am heavily drugged as i am just minutes from giving birth. the doctor says it is time to push and my first thought was of you.
"thomas, please call caroline."
"why sweetheart?"(wondering why caroline has popped into my head at this complicated and messy moment)
"she's my friend!"(i reply in a matter of fact tone)

Ha...I don't have one as good as Heidi's...this was just the first one that came into my head. When Sydney first came into primary she was the most attentive child in the room (not a criticism of the other kids, cause kids are kids, but she was so wonderful!) and she knew all the words to the songs and she was so excited to be there...I remember pulling you aside in the hallway and telling you about how she was in primary and you looked so happy and proud of her...

I remember the first time I went to a playgroup at your house and you tried to explain to me why you had a freezer full of ducks, or some hunted animal. I'm still confused about the conversation. Maybe it was ducks to train the dogs to hunt????? Let me know, I need closure on this one. It was the funniest thing to me! Thanks for giving me a proper introduction to Alabama, but seriously, you were so nice & welcoming when my family moved there. Thanks for your kindness & southern hospitality AND thanks for reading my blog! Jen

I remember you were actually one of the first ones to talk to me when I first started going to play group, and since i didn't really know anyone or much about it it, you made me feel comfortable. Thanks =)

when i moved to alabama in the 4th grade you were the first person that was nice to me and didn't make fun of me for not having a southern accent and for not having all the namebrand clothes. for some odd reason all the girls in our class would trade one shoe with someone for the day. remember that? who knows. anyway, you and i always traded. probably b/c we were the only people that wore each others size. and we always had those plain white keds. so why did we do that??? weren't we weird kids????

love ya, jenny
