Beach post #1

We took a trip down to Panama City, Florida from March 8th-March 12th. Chris's aunt and uncle bought a new 3 bedroom condo there and they drew our name out of a hat at Christmas for a free stay. The only catch was that we had to go before they started renting it out. So, we were the first people to stay in it and it was really nice! The kids did really good traveling there and back!
As you well know, Panama City is known for Club LaVella(sp?) and it is a big place for Spring breakers to go. They were definately there that week! We didn't really run into any problems, we are just so used to going to the beach and being around a lot of young families. So, it was different!
The weather was beautiful. Not warm enough to swim but perfect for doing other outdoor activities.
One day we went to play putt-putt. Chris won a free game for getting 3 holes-in-one. I got a couple myself and even Sydney got one! John Evan had a good time swinging his club around and throwing balls in the water!
Goofing around at the course.......

It was warm enough to go out onto the beach and we even dipped our toes in the water.

There was a really nice indoor pool and hot tub.
Golf pictures......
JE trying to do exactly what sister is going!
Daddy showing Sydney how to play.....
Little pro golfer going after his ball.......

The indoor pool was a little chilly.....
We went to the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum. I personally thought it was a waste of money. Maybe because I hate the tv show so much! Some stuff was kinda neat, but Sydney was terrified of some of the exhibits.
Here is the tallest man.....

There is a new outdoor mall in PC. It was pretty chilly the afternoon we went.
We were on the 13th floor and Chris is terrified of heights. I could literally see his body tighten up when we walked from the elevator to the room. Needless to say he did not go out onto the balcony!

More beach pictures to come!

I just love these pictures, especially of John Evan..what a little ham! Ethan did the whole lining stuff up at his age too. Yes, they're smart!
